Product Availability: All products, including categories like Home Appliances, Tools & Machinery, and Outdoor & Camping, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
Pricing: Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment: We accept payments via secure providers like Yoco, Payfast, and other options. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. We do not store your payment details directly.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee stock availability; we will notify you if an item is out of stock and process a refund if needed.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Locations: We currently sell and ship online only within South Africa.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs R99 per order, with free shipping on orders over R650.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered via courier within 1–3 days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues or public holidays).
Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery by the courier.
4. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bazario.co.za to arrange a return. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Shipping costs (R99 or free for orders over R650) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
Defective Products: If a product is faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as Health & Beauty products or Toys & Games opened for hygiene reasons, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
